Version 2.1 · Founding-network pilot
Privacy, in plain language.
BIBHA Institute currently collects only the minimum information needed to understand who is interested in shaping or joining the founding network. This website is not a clinical-data or research-participant system.
What we collect
The interest form collects your name, email address, role, location, research interests, an optional contribution statement, and your consent. The feedback form collects your perspective, rating, message, and an optional email address.
Why we collect it
We use this information to assess interest in BIBHA Institute, understand the emerging network, respond to potential contributors, plan a controlled pilot, and improve the proposal. Registration does not create a member account, guarantee project placement, or imply acceptance.
Who can access it
Responses are stored in the website’s private database and are available through a restricted Founder Desk. They are not published on GitHub. BIBHA Institute will not sell registration information or use it to grant authorship, data access, or preferential scientific credit.
Retention and removal
Founding-network information will be retained while the pilot is being evaluated and operated, unless it is no longer needed or you ask for removal. To request access, correction, or deletion, submit the feedback form on the home page, choose “Privacy or data request,” include your email, and describe the request.
Important boundary
Do not submit clinical information, participant information, medical records, identity documents, CVs, payment details, unpublished datasets, or confidential institutional information through this website.
Changes
This notice may be refined as BIBHA Institute’s governance, institutional relationships, and technical systems develop. Material changes should be communicated through an updated version and date.
